About Richland Hills
Richland Hills is a small city of about 3.9 square miles where Baker Blvd (SH 183), Airport Freeway (SH 121) and Grapevine Hwy (SH 26) meet. According to the Handbook of Texas, the area was probably settled around World War II, when defense plants brought new residents to the Fort Worth area. The city incorporated on September 23, 1950, and has 8,621 residents as of the 2020 census.
